Our history
Big things happened in 1969 and we were one of them.
Our humble beginnings take us back to 1969, the year of the moon landing. Giuseppe Passione had started building homes for other Western Australian migrant families. It all kicked off with meetings around the kitchen table. They told their friends, who then told their friends, who then told their friends.
Now, with his son Joe, and grandson Joseph, we have three generations of registered builders in the same family owned and operated company. We’ve got luxury residences, land subdivisions, property investments, retail management, and an agriculture farm that produces some bloody good Shiraz! But the core of what we do is the same- building quality residences.
Our portfolio encompasses all things property, from land subdivisions to luxury apartments.
We take on projects that feature a combination of style and innovation, whether that’s residential, retail, or commercial. Our capability to fund our own projects and collaborate with the right joint venture partners has enabled us to traverse a wide variety of developments.

Passione Homes is established by Giuseppe Passione and our first home is built on Light Street Dianella
1984
Name change to Ipsaro Builders
1990
The family based farming operation in the Chittering Valley is purchased
1993
Name change to Prime Projects Construction and Joe Passione joins the family business
1995
A dedicated team is formed to manage the expanding property portfolio
1995
The development arm creates projects with the right joint venture partners

Expansion into Victoria to replicate our proven Western Australian business model
