We started in the 1960’s building for migrant families. Three generations later, we’ve built over 20,000 homes and $2 billion of development including residential, retail and commercial projects.
Our timeline
1969
Passione Homes is established by Giuseppe Passione and our first home is built on Light Street Dianella
1984
Name change to Ipsaro Builders
1990
The family based farming operation in the Chittering Valley is purchased
1993
Name change to Prime Projects Construction and Joe Passione joins the family business
1995
A dedicated team is formed to manage the expanding property portfolio
1995
The development arm creates projects with the right joint venture partners

Identifies new opportunities for investors and land owners across Australia

Expansion into Victoria to replicate our proven Western Australian business model
